Getting into a game
- Hosting: sign in, tap Host, and share the lobby code with your family. Lobbies are private — only people with the code can join.
- Joining: tap Join and enter the code exactly as the host shows it. Codes expire when the host ends the session.
- Everyone needs the app and an account. There is no web or browser version of a game session.
Camera and microphone
- If you denied camera access, you still play — you appear as a name card instead of live video. To turn video on, allow Camera for TribeHearth in your phone’s Settings and rejoin.
- Your face is cut out from the background on your own device and streamed only to the people in your session. Nothing is recorded.
- Players under 13 appear as a name card until a parent or guardian completes consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Accounts and sign-in
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen; a reset code is emailed to your account address.
- Change your display name from your profile in the app.
- Delete your account: email hello@tribehearth.com from the account’s email address. We remove your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Purchases
Premium is billed through the App Store, Google Play or Stripe, depending on where you bought it. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies; for Stripe purchases, email us.
Parents and guardians
To review or delete a child’s information or withdraw consent, email hello@tribehearth.com from the parent account’s email address.
